TESAS was founded in 2026 by Sathish, who began his career as a Project Associate at IIT Madras — one of India's premier research institutions. In 2010, he co-founded EmbDes Technologies, where over 16 years he led BMS hardware and firmware development across Automotive, Industrial, and Consumer verticals, delivering over 100 real-world battery system projects.
After more than a decade of building sophisticated BMS products and energy systems at EmbDes, Sathish assembled a team of seasoned industry leaders to create TESAS — bringing that same engineering rigour to larger-scale energy storage, EV infrastructure, and AI-driven energy management.
